Several attempts to connect my BMD ATEM Television Studio (TS) to my IMac running OSX does not want to connect to my chassis. I plugged in a USB cable to my chassis and IMac to allow me to run the ATEM System utility to determine the IP, SubNet, and Gateway addresses. Everything checked out and the IP address listed for the chassis was correct. Firmware for the ATEM TS is updated and running v.3.0.

One solution I found was to power cycle my chassis overnight and come back the next day to find that it's all fixed. I hope this makes me a happy customer, but I don't like the method. This unit is only 3 months old and makes me fear the integrity of the unit to last.
