Microstation Mac Compatibility

Compatibility

Dear KORG users,

Autodesk’s offerings for Mac. Frame is needed to run Revit, Inventor and Inventor LT; image via Autodesk. The other thing to note here is that you can actually run Windows in its entirety on your MacBook with the help of Boot Camp and Parallels, partitioning your hard drive and effectively giving you the best of both worlds in terms of software compatibility. Competition: MiniCAD and Architron (Mac) CADVANCE becomes the first CAD program for Windows. Microstation 2.0 This is the first version that can read and edit the dgn format which consisted of an IGDS version with extensions of Bentley Stystems. 1988: AutoCAD Release 10.0 AutoCAD had 290,000 users and GenericCADD buys which had 850,000 users. Microstation 95: Microstation launches version 5.5, working in 32 bits in the era of windows95, Accudraw tools (snaps), dialog windows, execution of multiple files and smartlines are introduced. This was the last version compatible with Mac and Linux. Hi Bill- There is no Mac-native version of MicroStation. But you can run MicroStation on a Mac by running Windows on a Mac; this can be done with Boot Camp or with a virtualization solution such as VMWare Fusion or Parallels. I actually talked about running MicroStation on a Mac in my blog.

Please be advised that we are currently testing all KORG products for compliance with the latest iOS 13 and MacOS Catalina, and will confirm compliance dates for each KORG product as soon as we can.
We strongly advise you continue to remain on macOS Mojave or iOS 12 until further notice.
